A series of weekly workshops teaching a very basic life-skill... How to use the body and mind together so that they both are working at their optimum.
This is similar to a "mindfulness course". However, in addition to normal mindfulnes techniques, I will teach you how your body and mind are laced together, and how to make the most of that in everyday life.
The method ("Resourced Embodied Awareness", or REA) aims to help you
- Have a body more capable of healing itself
- Have a peaceful and alert mind
- Have a good grasp of how to prevent yourself being traumatised - this is a course in "Trauma-Proofing"
- Be less affected by any difficult past events in your life
