Strozzi Institute lecture : brilliant exposition of some of the principles of resourcing, but directed at training top level managers. 1. identify what you feel like when you're fully resourced, 2. identify how you as an individual contract or dissociate under stress, 4. learn the somatic signs of (2) happening, 3. learn how to get back from (2) to (1) as quickly as possible by identifying (2) as early as possible. The principles are exactly the same as a resourcing session to treat trauma, but the application is very different.
